In 2000, XYZ Corporation was incorporated as a 501(c)3 nonprofit in the state of Texas. The organization's mission is to provide psychiatric counseling services for residents of El Paso County. XYZ receives funding from the state government on an annual basis to provide services to those deemed to be medically indigent-that is, those residents who have an income less than 150% of the poverty level, based on federal poverty guidelines.
