The purpose of this assignment is for students to take what they have learned throughout the course and apply it to a practical situation. Hence, In Week Nine, you will write a proposal paper. The paper is based on some of the criteria that grant-donating organizations ask for in order for an agency to apply for and receive funding. Think creatively and critically to come up with your own criteria for a social program proposal. Additionally, include at least three sources to support the paper. The rubric is provided below.
