Building an ethical organization takes cooperation from board members, staff, volunteers, and stakeholders. The organization has to decide on a mission, values, ethics, and a form of leadership. This creates the principles needed for the organization to run effectively and in an ethical manner. For Riley's Recovery Center I will be creating these as well as talking about the organizational culture, leadership and oversight.
