Building an ethical organization is a major job. Determining what clients will be served and what services will be provide will allow us to develop how we will provide those services, and make it clear to all who work and volunteer at the organization what we expect from them. Community involvement has to be a part of our plan because of the nature and help needed to help support our mission. By involving all owners, staff, volunteers, and the community will be integral to the development of an ethical and functional organization.
