The Human Services Agency has incorporated standard operating procedures (SOP) that abide by the rules set forth by the Law and Ethics board.

After studying these procedures, I would say I have to agree with the way the Human Services Agency does things. The adherence to rules set forth by a higher body is very important. It ensures that the Agency acts appropriately when dealing with the problems of individuals.
