The human service organization has laws put into place that will help protect all children and with the issues that are going on with them. Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA) is designed to protect children and families because when parents do not protect them then the government steps in to take care of the children.

The government and all people must protect children and help those that need help with these issues. Many parents do not take care of the children they have and do not give them good care. The federal government made the children bureau which helps all federal programs to support the child welfare programs and helps with the federal aid for families that need help.
