The organization I created a reward system for is an at risk youth organization
named Thriving Youth. The organization is a small, local for-profit company with 10
mentors, two managers, and the president, who is also the founder of the company.
Thriving Youth was established in 2006 and is a small company. Most of the employees
have worked there since the company opened, so they view each other as family
members; not just coworkers.
The mentors have several mentees in which they maintain daily relationships.
The mentors engage in multiple activities with the youth such as playing games, taking
walks, creating artwork, playing sports, sharing hobbies, volunteering together, cooking,
raising money, sharing life...
