The conflict between Emma and Isabella is a difference of style. Each feel that their way is the appropriate way to deliver the proper training to the staff. Emma and Isabella believe that the other party is not taking into consideration the years behind their way of training. When, in reality; both are proper ways of training.

The manager should be the mediator and have a meeting with both employees present. Informing Emma and Isabella, that both their ways of training are correct, and somehow come to an agreement and incorporate both styles of delivering the training to the staff.
