Learning Team C Weekly Reflection

Introduction

The objectives for this week were to explain how a job analysis is used to create a job description and explain the functions of a job description. Team C is presenting a summarization of our observations for the topics covered in week two.

Comfortable Topics

Emily found the topics discussed were fairly new to her, but able to relate the topics in her current position within her organization.
