Merging with EnviroTech, InterClean has taken a big step to not only sell cleaning products but evolve into an environmental friendly full-service cleaning business. With this change comes developing a plan to help the company succeed. It is important for all of the employees know exactly what their jobs are and how to interact with each other with all the changes taking place.
