Rewriting a Job Description

• In order to determine the need to create a job position within my business, I need to analyze and measure the assigned tasks and projects. I need to make sure they are being properly distributed to the correct person and are being completed within the desired timeframe. Currently, the Marketing Manager takes on graphic design tasks when the in-house designer is not available to work on the project. This is an indication that there are numerous design projects and not enough graphic designers.
