InterClean sales department selected the 360 degree feedback system, is used to provide feedback to employees. The 360 degree feedback uses input from managers, peers, subordinates, and customers this allows evaluations from all angles. Feedback from multiple sources minimizes bias from a single person and reinforces feedback from the boss it also reduces discrepancies between self-ratings and those received from others may create an awareness of a person's needs for development, and motivate individuals to improve their performance to eliminate such discrepancies.
