InterClean Inc. Letter to employees

I hope that everyone has had an opportunity to read the letter from David Spencer dated February 22, 2005, announcing that InterClean, Inc. has officially acquired Enviro Tech, which was one of the company's major competitors (University of Phoenix). This is a very exciting time for the company and it coincides with the same time David Spencer planned on implementing his new strategic plan to offer full service solutions packages. The combined expertise and resources from both companies are expected to have a significant impact on future projections, and InterClean can also move closer towards domestic market dominance.
