Performance Appraisal is defined as a process that may be performed on an annual basis overall by a supervisor for the employees. Designed to help employees better understand their roles and responsibilities in the organization. It helps to outline the objective of the company in terms that help employees understand the expectations and performance standards considered to be relevant to tier position.
