Genomic Medicine and Informatics Case Study HIM 410 Health Informatics - A System's Perspective

In the ever-advancing world of technology comes greater possibilities for research and possible advancements in treatment options and/or cures. Yet there are a few issues in gaining the required information for the research to be conducted. One of those major issues lies within ethics and the conflict of privacy to patients. With many questioning ethics versus their Hippocratic oath, it is our responsibility to define the line and where exactly to draw it.
