Most people, when something is wrong with them will go to google, put in their symptoms and hopefully will find out whats wrong. Thats all well and good but that sickness could be a symptom of something worse. Sometimes an illness will mimic the flu or the cold such as HIV in the beginning. 

In electronic communication there is no way to see body language, tone of voice, gestures or anything personal. When an individual sends an email to a client, careful wording is needed.
