Herman Miller knew in order to be successful he had to use methods of outsourcing. This outsourcing would provide the tools he needed not only for a successful expansion but alsoprovide a clear understanding the culture & consumer to Malaysia would not only increase his profits but also provide an understanding oftheir needs for business services.
