Introduction: Health is the basic right of all the individuals. It is the responsibility of government to provide quality health services to all its residents without any aspect of biases. Somehow, due to the dualistic economy, there has been observed a great deal of inequality. The inequality is trifold in nature. First, the rich people have access to high-class health services, while poor people suffer much; regardless of the country, they live in.
