Communication Style Case Study

There are a variety of communication styles and some are better than others. I will analyze three scenarios and explain if a passive, assertive, aggressive, or passive-aggressive communication style was used. I will also discuss a personal experience where a passive communication style was used. I will discuss how I could improve the communication and how communicating effectively is important in the health care profession and to the outcome of this interaction.
