Write a 1,400- to 1,750-word paper in which you discuss ethics in a health care organization. Include the following:

o What are the organizations goals? How are they tied to its ethical principles? Describe the role and importance of the corporations ethical values.

o What is the relationship between the organizations culture and ethical decision-making?

o Is it important that the organizations ethical values support your ethical values? Explain.
