What criterion must be met for true comparability? The 3 requirements are persistence, confirmation, and system measurement.

Persistence is when assessing data it should remain consistent to make sure that the data being analyzed is completed so by the same list of principles.

Confirmation is significant, all data must be confirmed. All data organized regardless of whom it can be confirmed by anybody because everybody is using the same group of principles. When the work is being gone though by someone else they must all create the identical decision.
