Introduction

This team has been put together to try and resolve a problem that has been occurring and affecting our billing department's ability to submit medical claims in a timely manner and the doctor's receiving payment. The billing department has informed me that they are not receiving the correct and necessary information for them to submit clean claims to the insurance companies.
