"The conflict that I had in the health care field was when I use to work at Prescription Solutions. People would call and get there prescription refilled over the phone. Well one man was really rude, he had called and asked, where his medication was, and so I pulled up all his information and it was shipped out from the pharmacy. So then I tracked his package. Come to find out they had a snow storm and he lived on a steep hill and the UPS driver could not get to him. Well this man did not understand and started cursing me out making racial slurs not even knowing what race I really was."
