DQ1: I have used flash cards when I took medical terminology in junior college. This helped me a lot. I remember a lot of the prefix meanings and suffixes. I do still get confused and having the book in front of me helps, but the more I study and use these words the meanings stick in my head for the prefixes and suffixes.
