Capstone Question

 One of the strengths of the current health care system is the quality of care patients receive.  Doctors do everything they can to diagnosis and treat patients accordingly.  They will use all the means necessary to treat patients for the aliment they have.  The fact that no one can be refused care for emergencies regardless of their income or insurance status is a major plus.  If hospitals would not treat patients because they had low incomes or no insurance would be wrong.  

One of the weaknesses of the current health care system is pre-existing conditions.  The fact that insurance companies can label something as pre-existing and not cover it is totally unacceptable.  Some pre-existing conditions could be life threatening and without the insurance company...
