Nurse Practitioners- performs physical examinations, diagnosis illness and diseases; orders needed test for correct diagnosis, and prescribe the needed medicine for treatment. In some states prescriptions are done under a doctor and in some states it is done independently. They also provide counseling for some patients that need it.

Physical therapist- rehabilitates patients to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease or prevent deformities of patients suffering from disease or injury.
