Introduction

Habeas Corpus is a legal action, which is focused towards solving the issues related to arrested person in the court. In this paper, rights of Habeas Corpus in US constitution have been analyzed. Along with this, history of suspension of Habeas Corpus and its present applicability has been identified. Interpretation of rights of Habeas Corpus in respect to enemy combatants will also be discussed in this paper.
