Explain what it means to be ethical as it relates to personal, academic, and professional growth. In my opinion, ethical is doing what is right based on ones morals. Dong what is right and admitting to what they are doing is not an easy task. Someone being ethical is similar to following the Golden Rule, Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. If you would not do to yourself then it is not right no matter the situation. In school as of cheating or short cutting on work, this will ultimately come back to someone in the same form back. Provide at least one ethical dilemma you have encountered, and describe how the issue was resolved.
