1. Collaboration to me. Is a way to waking up to communication with others and honoring their ethical perspective. Someone who is deferent than me and my ways of doing things and communicating with others. Addressing their concerns and helping to coach them into ethical behavior. Compromising to a solution that benefits all in a group or society. This really is a good way of fostering learning. A way of encouragement towards others and respect to their concerns and dilemmas to reach a goal to benefit each other and a group itself.

2. What I have learned from using the discovery wheel. My wheel is way off balance my biggest dilemma that I really need to work on is my time management. Second is my reading. I'm good at reading it's just that I get bored...
