"Strategic management refers to the art of planning your business at the highest possible level" (What is strategic, 2011). A great example of strategic management is the story of Apple, Inc., formally known as Apple Computers. This story is innovative, includes traditional business strategies, an amazing record in leading change and unplanned successes.
