Based on the research about virtual teams from Unit 2, how effective was your Simulation team? What were the strengths and what were the greatest challenges? What could have been done to improve your team experience? What was the impact of the Insights team dynamic? Include information on how you worked through scheduling challenges and time management obstacles.

In Unit 2, I had decided on my Top Five Key Practices for Global Virtual Team Effectiveness as being;

1) Establish Leadership

2) Clearly clarify goals and objectives

3) Technology

4) Establish Trust

5) Team Formation
