Analyzing Pro Forma Statements

The following is used to illustrate the Proforma's process for a five-year projection. The same is based on historical data collected from the sample provide (UOPX, 2013). Thus, a Proforma statement is develop based on historical data, and sales forecast for 20XX. Furthermore, one can assume that there is an increase in sales as a result of a new product introduction and an increase in the production capacity. With increased sales, one can acquire fixed assets with the excess cash and will be taking a loan as follows:
