A company that I would begin if I had the adequate resources would be a rental property company by the name of Cajun Rentals, LLC. I have thrown around the idea of purchasing some trailer parks in Louisiana because so many people live in double and single wide trailers in this state. People are always looking for nice places to live and rent for a reasonable price and I feel that having the ability to offer people a subdivision like atmosphere to live in could be a very profitable investment.
