Healthcare problem The healthcare problem is the lack of education on fall prevention and the ability to focus patient centered care when devising a plan for fall prevention. Significance of the problem The healthcare problem is significant because there are many falls amongst patients that could be prevented if there were more education programs to help make patients aware of their risks.
