A1. Purpose and Overview The purpose of this paper is that I have been assigned to be a nursing consultant and to analyze a healthcare organization and identify if a change or improvement is needed. The facility I have analyzed is Central Florida Regional Hospital. I have evaluated HCAHPS scores, patient metrics, community needs and compare to other facilities in the area. I sat and interviewed the nursing director Ann. We discussed and reviewed the HCAHPS scores which show that the quietness of the hospital was very low.
