They use many different camera angles, I was able to see the whole bathroom to see if there was anyone else in it first and foremost. After Marion proceeds to take off her robe and close the bathroom door, she gets into the shower to lather up and she faces the camera with her back to the bathroom door, meanwhile someone else enters the bathroom behind her with a knife to pull the shower curtain to the side and stab Marion repeatedly and very rapidly.
