Based on the Warrier (2008) article, what are the differences between technical writing and other forms of writing with which you might be familiar?

Technical writing has to concise and to the point. There should be no wordiness, whereas most other forms of writing can be indirect when explaining something.

Which is more persuasive: technical or expository writing? Explain your answer.

Well technical writing should be direct and to the point. It should also be written for the regular person to understand. I would not say that it is persuasive. It is supposed to be a step by step set of instructions. Now expository writing can be persuasive. When using...
