This RFP is submitted for your review and response in the form of proposal to bring in outside trainers to train our staff on the use of Microsoft Office Programs. This document is in response to Blue Cross/Blue Shield's need to train its employees in the use of Microsoft Office Application packages that include Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
