What is the cause for the growing change in traditional teaching methods; moreover, why is there such rapid growth for personalized learning, participatory learning, learning that's interactive and collaborative, and new teaching methods that facilitate forms of social and informal learning? One reason is that learners are increasing their demands for diverse delivery modes in current teaching and learning institutions that are challenging those in the traditional face-to-face classroom teaching setting.
