During today's current economic state, it seems like everyone and their brother has an opinion on how to repair the economy and get things "back on track" per say. In a recent article featured in Fortune Magazine, Sandy Cutler, CEO of Eaton Management, gave his ideas and strategies on how to fix America. While the constant argument over leadership, national debt, gas prices and taxes continue to wage on, Mr. Cutler believes he has the solution.

He believes that first we need to address the corporate tax reform that Obama is currently implementing. As of now the rate is being lowered from 35% to 28%; however, Mr. Cutler believes that it should be pushed down to 25%. The next issue to tackle is overseas profits....
