Honeybee populations are disappearing at an alarming rate. Honeybees primary function in an ecosystem is as pollinators. Pollination is an essential part of maintaining an ecosystem. Pollination from honeybees is what causes our food and flowers across the globe to be fertilized and reproduce more plants. However, honeybee populations are on the decline due to several factors caused by human interactions.
