The Federal Reserve has few purposes and functions of money, and the central bank system manages the nation's monetary system to keep the operations balanced when possible. The direction or the recent monetary policy is explained with basic information, .and how the open policy is applied to the Federal Reserve decision to confirm the direction. The effects of the monetary policy on the economy's production and employment are studied to have further basic knowledge about the Federal Reserve.
