Hello Pamela, I enjoyed reading your post because it was the opposite of mine and I wasinterested in hearing the other view point. You made a good point that a strategic plan is something that needs to be re-evaluated each year. I agree with this because just because something works for thecurrent year, that does mean it will work in one year, two years, three years, are too many things that can change, such new competitors or the customer's wants or needs, to think that you can create astrategic plan and think that it will too long.
