This paper explores # published articles that give detail as to how and why discrimination is a legal and ethical issue that is extremely common in today's work environment. These articles discuss the numerous different types of discrimination that are common in existence in the workforce. While it is extremely important to be able to recognize discrimination when it is occurring, it is also critical for companies to examine, as well as to practice, remedies for eliminating these discriminations.
