Depression

Unipolar and Bipolar depression are two types of mood disorders that cause day-to-day life to be disrupted. Depression and mania are vital emotions involved with mood disorders. Depression is described as feeling low or in a sad state. Making life dim and overwhelming to deal with. Mania, the opposite of depression, is a state of breathless euphoria, or at least frenzied energy, in which people may have an exaggerated belief that the world is theirs for the taking (Comer, 2011, ). Individuals with unipolar disorder only suffer from depression. They do not experience mania and return to their usual selves or close to it once their depression lifts.
