In society today, the term "Death Penalty" stirs up a lot of controversy and emotions. Whenever the word comes up, hardcore activist from both sides yell out arguments to support their side says "eye for an eye", the other side says there's a potential of executing an innocent man; one says justice, retribution, and punishment; the other side says execution is murder. Crime is an evident part of society, and everyone is aware that something must be done about it.
