In the student population there are various diversity groups. The two groups I will focus on are children whom are not native English speakers and often learning English in school for the first time, this group commonly being called English Language Learners (ELL). ELL students are often in their own classrooms but at some schools they are integrated into the common classroom for a period of time each day.
