Vacationing, I witnessed a crime in Great Britain. This paper explains what I saw and compares it to the US.

Demographic Factors

The population of Great Britain is largely White (87.2%) with Blacks of African or Caribbean descent the next largest group at 3% of the population. The majority of the rest of the population is Indian or Pakistani (CIA Factbook, 2014). English is the main language; and nearly 60% of the population is Anglican, Roman Catholic, Presbyterian, or Methodist, with 4.4% of the population Muslim and 1.3% Hindu.
