ENTRANCE DIAGNOSIS: Dyspnea in a patient who has a 67.5-pack-year history of smoking and has a nonproductive cough. Gave good consistant effort.

STUDY PERFORMED: Nocturnal polysomnogram with CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) titration.
