Executive summary The critical paths method is technique used in project management to show activities and their connection to duration. Finding the critical path means that we are isolating certain activities; that if they fall behind schedule they can pose a risk to the project and other deadlines outlined in the Gantt chart. When examining material in that light we will create a dependency matrix that shows activities can only start once the prior activity is completed.
